Policies and fee for appointment changes, cancellations, no shows: Appointment cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance. Fees: $30 fee for up to 3 appointments. $50 fee for 4+ appointments. The appointment is a No Show when 15 minutes late and is charged the fee. Same day rescheduling must be 2+ hours in advance for later in the day or rescheduled a different day in order to avoid a fee. Late arrivals lose that time on appointments and time cannot be added after. Appointments required for all private services.
