Wellness in North Central Washington has always been about more than one appointment or one modality. It's about people who know each other, refer to each other, and care about the same valley. That's why we're excited to share that Regen + Wellness is now part of the NCW Healing Arts Collective, with our own listing among the region's healing spaces.

If you're looking for a Wenatchee wellness community, holistic wellness in Wenatchee, or a trusted way to explore healing practitioners across the region, here's what NCW Healing Arts is, why it matters, and where Regen fits in.

What Is NCW Healing Arts?

NCW Healing Arts Collective is a regional network of healing artists, wellness practitioners and guides serving North Central Washington. It's rooted in Wenatchee and Leavenworth and is growing into Chelan, Quincy and the Methow Valley.

The Collective organizes the regional healing arts scene into three parts:

  • The People: healing artists, wellness practitioners and guides who treat their work as a calling. Members know one another, collaborate and refer.

  • The Places: studios, wellness centers, retreat lodges and collectives where the work happens, from the mountain towns to the Wenatchee Valley.

  • The Gatherings: classes, workshops, circles and retreats led by members, from weekly movement classes to seasonal retreats.

At the time of writing, the NCW Healing Arts site lists 41 healing artists, 35 healing spaces and 73 modalities across body, mind, movement, energy, art and sound, from acupuncture to sound baths. Its directory and event calendar let you browse by category, modality, location or upcoming event, so it's easier to find support that fits you.

The Collective's guiding principles include holistic healing (caring for body, mind and spirit as a whole) and the idea that "community is the practice": healing doesn't happen in isolation.

Why It Matters for Holistic Wellness in Wenatchee

North Central Washington has a deep bench of wellness work: yoga and meditation studios, bodywork, energy work, breathwork, coaching, creative healing arts and integrative care. The challenge has often been finding it. A shared directory helps people discover local practitioners and spaces in one place instead of piecing it together from word of mouth.

The Healing Spaces section includes Wenatchee spots like iLa Yoga, plus places across the region such as The Springs, Leavenworth Integrative Medicine, Grunewald Guild and Icicle Creek Center for the Arts. Being listed alongside them means people exploring holistic wellness in Wenatchee can find a recovery-focused option right downtown.

For us, it's also about connection. Recovery and well-being work best when they're part of a bigger routine that might include movement, mindfulness, bodywork and community. We like being one piece of that local web.

How Regen + Wellness Fits In

On our NCW Healing Arts listing, Regen + Wellness appears as a Healing Space under the "Body" category with the tagline "Holistic Health with a side of Extreme Sports," alongside owners Caulen & Carolyn Lauria. The listing describes us as a health and fitness med spa and social performance club with state-of-the-art regenerative technology.

Here's what you'll find at our club at 105 South Mission St:

Our approach is to support your body's natural recovery, whether you're an athlete coming off Mission Ridge, a trail runner, or simply someone who wants to feel better day to day. We think of Regen as a social club as much as a recovery space: a place to reset, meet people and make wellness a habit.

As with any wellness service, results vary from person to person. These therapies are meant to support, not replace, care from your healthcare provider. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have questions about whether a service is right for you, talk with your doctor first, and let our team know before your session.
