NAD+ in Wenatchee: What It Is and What to Ask Before You Try It
NAD+ has become one of the most talked-about topics in wellness and longevity circles. You may have heard it mentioned on podcasts or by athletes and executives. At Regen + Wellness, our social performance wellness club and med spa at 105 South Mission St in downtown Wenatchee, NAD+ is one of our med spa offerings. This guide explains what NAD+ is in plain language and what to ask before you try it.
What Is NAD+?
NAD+ stands for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. It's a molecule found in every cell of your body, involved in how cells turn food into energy and in many other everyday processes. Research suggests NAD+ levels tend to decline with age, which is a big reason scientists and the wellness world are interested in it.
It's important to be clear: research on NAD+ supplementation and injections in humans is still early and ongoing. NAD+ is not a treatment or cure for any disease, and we don't make promises about specific results. Some treatments may require a medical prescription.
Why People Ask About NAD+
People in the Wenatchee Valley tell us they're curious about NAD+ because they:
Are interested in healthy aging and longevity topics.
Lead active lives skiing Mission Ridge, hiking, or training, and want a complete wellness routine.
Have busy schedules and are exploring ways to support their overall wellness.
Have heard about it from friends, podcasts, or other wellness professionals.
