Injury and Pain Recovery in Wenatchee: Laser, Ultrasound, PEMF and More
Wenatchee is full of people who play hard. A tweaked knee from a mogul run at Mission Ridge, a sore shoulder after a long ride in the foothills, or an ankle that never quite felt right after a trail race can keep you off the mountain and out of the activities you love. At Regen + Wellness, our social performance wellness club at 105 South Mission St, we offer a range of recovery therapies designed to support you as you get back to feeling like yourself.
This guide covers our injury and pain recovery services, how they fit together, and how to get started.
Start With the Right Expectations
Pain and injuries are personal, and no single service is a magic fix. Our recovery therapies are meant to complement, not replace, care from your doctor, physical therapist, or other healthcare provider. If you have a new injury, severe pain, numbness, or swelling, see a medical professional first. This article is for general information only and isn't medical advice. Talk with your doctor before starting this service, especially if you're pregnant, take medications, or have a heart condition, blood pressure concerns, or any ongoing health issue.
On our services page we also mention our doctor recommended accelerated recovery programs for acute and serious musculoskeletal injuries and pain. Call 509-888-2918 to ask about them.
Our Recovery Therapies
Infrared laser therapy
Infrared laser therapy uses focused light energy directed at a specific area. It's non-invasive, and sessions are typically short. Many clients use it as part of a recovery plan for sore muscles, joints, and tendons. Research on laser therapy is ongoing, and results vary from person to person.
Ultrasound therapy
Therapeutic ultrasound uses sound waves delivered through a handheld device and gel. It produces a gentle, warm sensation in the treatment area. It's a long-standing tool in physical therapy settings, and we offer it as part of our recovery services.
PEMF therapy
Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy uses a mat or coil to deliver a gentle pulse to the treatment area. Most people feel a light tapping or nothing at all. Learn more in our PEMF therapy guide.
Compression therapy
Compression boots use air chambers that inflate and release in a rhythmic pattern. They're a favorite for tired legs after skiing, hiking, and running. Read our compression therapy guide.
Massage therapy
Hands-on bodywork is still one of the most popular ways to unwind tight, overworked muscles. See our massage therapy guide.
Building a Recovery Visit
Many clients combine services in one visit, for example compression and red light, followed by a targeted laser or PEMF session. Our team can help you plan a sequence that fits your goals and your schedule. If you're working with a physical therapist or doctor, share that plan with them.
Which Day Pass Is Best for Pain Recovery?
Our Ultimate Pain Relief day pass ($279) is designed with recovery in mind. Our higher tiers, Ultimate Pain Relief ($279), Superhuman ($349), and Royal Unrestricted ($449), layer in services such as infrared laser, PEMF, vitamin shots, the hot tub, steam sauna, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Inclusions vary by pass, so call 509-888-2918 or ask at the front desk to confirm which pass includes the service you want.
Even our entry-level passes include recovery basics. For reference, here's what our day passes include at the entry levels: Basic ($39) covers the gym, 30 minutes of compression, 15 minutes of standing red light, whole body vibration, and a massage gun. Basic Plus ($69) adds a 15-minute communal cold plunge, the coffee and tea lounge, a 15-minute massage chair, a 15-minute Woojer vibroacoustic sound bed, and 10 minutes of Halo salt therapy. Supercharged ($99) adds a 40-minute communal infrared sauna and 10 minutes of ozone therapy. Supercharged Privacy Relief ($199) lets you choose a communal or private plunge and sauna and adds a B12 shot.
For ongoing recovery, a membership is often the better value. Membership details and pricing aren't published online. Stop by the club at 105 South Mission St or call 509-888-2918 and our team will walk you through the options and help you pick what fits your routine.
Recovery for an Active Wenatchee Lifestyle
Ski season at Mission Ridge, spring mountain biking, summer hikes into the Enchantments, and fall trail runs on the Sage Hills all put repeated stress on your body. Keeping up with recovery between big days helps you show up for the next one. Teams and groups, including local hockey players, have already started coming in together.
