Massage Therapy in Wenatchee: Recovery Bodywork for Skiers, Hikers, and Everyday Life
Sometimes the best recovery tool is a pair of skilled hands. Whether you've been carving turns at Mission Ridge, logging miles on the Apple Capital Loop, or just carrying a stressful week in your shoulders, massage therapy is one of the most loved services at Regen + Wellness, our social performance wellness club at 105 South Mission St in downtown Wenatchee.
Why Massage Is Part of a Recovery Routine
Massage has been around for thousands of years for a reason. People book massage to relax tight muscles, ease everyday tension, unwind mentally, and simply feel cared for. For active people, regular bodywork can be a welcome part of keeping up with training and outdoor adventures.
We keep our language honest: massage feels great and many people find it helps them relax and move more comfortably, but it isn't a substitute for medical care when you have an injury.
Types of Massage Clients Ask About
Relaxation massage
Long, flowing strokes with lighter pressure. Ideal if your main goal is stress relief and a calm hour away from screens.
Deep tissue massage
Firmer, slower pressure that focuses on deeper layers of muscle. Popular with skiers, climbers, and runners who carry a lot of tension in their legs, hips, and back.
Sports and recovery-focused massage
Work focused on the muscles you use most in your sport. Let your therapist know whether you're prepping for a race, recovering from a big ski weekend, or working through general soreness.
Tell your therapist about your goals, any injuries, and your pressure preference. Ask us what massage options and session lengths are currently available.
What to Expect at Your Massage
Before your appointment
Arrive a few minutes early to check in and relax. Drink water and avoid a heavy meal right before your session. Let us know about any health conditions, injuries, or areas to avoid.
During your session
Your therapist will check in on pressure and comfort. Speak up any time. It's your session, and the best massage is one tailored to you.
After your massage
Take your time getting up, drink water, and consider lingering in our cacao coffee lounge before heading back out.
More Ways to Get Hands-Off Relief
Not every visit needs a full massage appointment. Our day passes include massage-style recovery tools you can use on your own:
Massage gun: included in every day pass, starting with Basic ($39).
Massage chair: a 15-minute session is included starting with Basic Plus ($69).
Woojer vibroacoustic sound bed: 15 minutes, included starting with Basic Plus.
Compression boots: 30 minutes, included in Basic and above. See our compression therapy guide.
For reference, here's what our day passes include at the entry levels: Basic ($39) covers the gym, 30 minutes of compression, 15 minutes of standing red light, whole body vibration, and a massage gun. Basic Plus ($69) adds a 15-minute communal cold plunge, the coffee and tea lounge, a 15-minute massage chair, a 15-minute Woojer vibroacoustic sound bed, and 10 minutes of Halo salt therapy. Supercharged ($99) adds a 40-minute communal infrared sauna and 10 minutes of ozone therapy. Supercharged Privacy Relief ($199) lets you choose a communal or private plunge and sauna and adds a B12 shot.
Our higher tiers, Ultimate Pain Relief ($279), Superhuman ($349), and Royal Unrestricted ($449), layer in services such as infrared laser, PEMF, vitamin shots, the hot tub, steam sauna, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Inclusions vary by pass, so call 509-888-2918 or ask at the front desk to confirm which pass includes the service you want.
Pairing Massage With Heat and Cold
Many clients love warming up in the infrared sauna before bodywork, or finishing a visit with a cold plunge. Ask our team how to plan the order of your visit.
Massage for the Wenatchee Lifestyle
This valley is home to skiers, snowboarders, mountain bikers, trail runners, climbers at Peshastin Pinnacles, hikers headed to the Enchantments, and plenty of people who just work hard all week. Visitors traveling to Leavenworth or Lake Chelan often stop downtown to recover after a big trip. Massage fits all of them.
Who Should Check With a Doctor First?
If you're pregnant, have a blood clotting disorder, take blood thinners, have a recent injury or surgery, or any ongoing health condition, ask your doctor before booking and tell your therapist.
