Life in the Wenatchee Valley is hard on your skin. Winters are cold and dry, summers are hot and sunny, and wind on the ridge at Mission Ridge or on the Columbia doesn't help. At Regen + Wellness, our social performance wellness club and med spa at 105 South Mission St in downtown Wenatchee, facials are a simple way to give your skin some care and yourself a break.

Why Get a Facial?

A professional facial is a guided skin care session that usually includes cleansing, exfoliation, treatment products, and moisturizing. People book facials to:

  • Refresh dry or dull-looking skin, especially in winter.

  • Clean and care for skin after summer sun and sweat.

  • Prepare for an event like a wedding, photos, or a night out.

  • Relax. A facial is also a quiet, calm hour for yourself.

Results vary from person to person, and facials are cosmetic services, not medical treatments.

Facial Options at Regen + Wellness

Our facial services include options such as laser facials, along with skin-focused services you can pair with them. Because our menu can change, call 509-888-2918 or ask at the front desk for the current facial options and session lengths. Our team can help you choose based on your skin and your goals.

What to Expect at Your Facial

Before your appointment

Arrive with a clean face if you can, and let us know about skin sensitivities, allergies, medications, and any recent treatments like peels or retinoids.

During your facial

Your provider will explain each step. Speak up if anything feels too warm, tingly, or uncomfortable.

Afterward

Follow your provider's aftercare advice. Wear sunscreen, keep skin hydrated, and avoid harsh products for a day or two if recommended.

Skin Care Tips for the Wenatchee Climate

  • Winter: Use a richer moisturizer, a humidifier at home, and lip balm on the slopes.

  • Summer: Wear broad-spectrum sunscreen on the trails, the river, and at Lake Chelan, and reapply often.

  • Year-round: Hydrate, sleep well, and wash your face after workouts.

Pairing Facials With Other Services

Many clients like to add red light therapy, time in the steam sauna, or a relaxing stop in the cacao coffee lounge. See all of our offerings on the services page.

Day Passes and Memberships

Facials are booked as their own service. If you'd like to make a day of it, our day passes add recovery and relaxation services. For reference, here's what our day passes include at the entry levels: Basic ($39) covers the gym, 30 minutes of compression, 15 minutes of standing red light, whole body vibration, and a massage gun. Basic Plus ($69) adds a 15-minute communal cold plunge, the coffee and tea lounge, a 15-minute massage chair, a 15-minute Woojer vibroacoustic sound bed, and 10 minutes of Halo salt therapy. Supercharged ($99) adds a 40-minute communal infrared sauna and 10 minutes of ozone therapy. Supercharged Privacy Relief ($199) lets you choose a communal or private plunge and sauna and adds a B12 shot.

If you'd like facials as part of a regular routine, ask about memberships. Membership details and pricing aren't published online. Stop by the club at 105 South Mission St or call 509-888-2918 and our team will walk you through the options and help you pick what fits your routine.

Who Should Check With a Doctor First?

If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, use prescription skin medications, or have had a recent cosmetic procedure, talk with your doctor or dermatologist first, and let your provider know before your facial.

Planning Your Visit to Regen + Wellness

New to the club? Here's how to make your first visit easy:

  • Book online first. Reserving your day pass through Mindbody makes check-in quick and helps us have everything ready for you.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early. You'll have time to check in, get a short tour, and ask questions.

  • Bring the basics. A swimsuit, a towel, a water bottle, and a warm layer cover most services.

  • Tell us your goals. Whether you're recovering from a ski weekend, training for a trail race, or just want to relax, our team can suggest an order for your services.

  • Leave time to hang out. We're a social club. Plenty of guests finish with a drink in the lounge and a conversation with friends.

Why Choose Regen + Wellness in Wenatchee?

We opened Regen + Wellness to give North Central Washington one place to train, recover, and connect. Instead of driving to Seattle or Spokane for advanced recovery services, you can find them right on South Mission St. A few things set us apart:

  • Everything under one roof. Fitness zones, cold plunge, saunas, red light, compression, and med spa services in one visit.

  • Simple day passes. Try the club from $39 without committing to anything.

  • A real community. Ski crews, running groups, teammates, and neighbors recover here together.

  • A local team that knows the valley, the trails, and the slopes, and is happy to answer your questions.
