The Members Cacao + Coffee Lounge: Downtown Wenatchee's Healthiest Hangout
Recovery isn't only about cold water and heat. It's also about slowing down, connecting with people, and enjoying a warm drink. That's the idea behind the Members Cacao + Coffee Lounge at Regen + Wellness, our social performance wellness club at 105 South Mission St in downtown Wenatchee.
A Lounge Built for Connection
We call ourselves a social performance club because we think wellness is better together. The lounge is where that happens. After a plunge, a sauna session, or a workout, members gather to talk about their ski day at Mission Ridge, plan the next hike, or simply catch up. It's a calm, welcoming alternative to meeting up at a bar.
Why Cacao?
Cacao is the bean that chocolate comes from. Ceremonial-style cacao drinks have deep roots in Central and South American cultures, and they've become popular in wellness communities as a warm, rich, comforting drink. Many people enjoy cacao as a gentler alternative to a second cup of coffee.
We keep it simple: cacao and coffee are drinks to enjoy, not treatments. If you're sensitive to caffeine, pregnant, or have a health condition, ask your doctor about what's right for you, since both cacao and coffee contain stimulants.
What You'll Find in the Lounge
Cacao and coffee drinks to warm up after cold therapy.
Tea options for those who prefer something lighter.
Comfortable seating to rest between services.
Good company. Members, teams, and visitors from Leavenworth and Lake Chelan.
Ask our team what's on the menu when you visit.
How the Lounge Fits Into Your Recovery Visit
A typical visit might look like this: a workout in the fitness zones, a session in the infrared sauna, a short cold plunge, and then a warm cacao in the lounge while your body settles. It's the perfect way to finish.
Who Can Use the Lounge?
The lounge is a members space, and the coffee and tea lounge is also included starting with our Basic Plus day pass ($69). For reference, here's what our day passes include at the entry levels: Basic ($39) covers the gym, 30 minutes of compression, 15 minutes of standing red light, whole body vibration, and a massage gun. Basic Plus ($69) adds a 15-minute communal cold plunge, the coffee and tea lounge, a 15-minute massage chair, a 15-minute Woojer vibroacoustic sound bed, and 10 minutes of Halo salt therapy. Supercharged ($99) adds a 40-minute communal infrared sauna and 10 minutes of ozone therapy. Supercharged Privacy Relief ($199) lets you choose a communal or private plunge and sauna and adds a B12 shot.
Our higher tiers, Ultimate Pain Relief ($279), Superhuman ($349), and Royal Unrestricted ($449), layer in services such as infrared laser, PEMF, vitamin shots, the hot tub, steam sauna, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Inclusions vary by pass, so call 509-888-2918 or ask at the front desk to confirm which pass includes the service you want.
Memberships
The lounge is one of the best parts of being a member, and a membership is the best way to make it part of your weekly routine. Membership details and pricing aren't published online. Stop by the club at 105 South Mission St or call 509-888-2918 and our team will walk you through the options and help you pick what fits your routine.
A Place for the Wenatchee Community
Wenatchee is a community of skiers, hikers, cyclists, runners, families, and hard workers. We wanted a place downtown where all of them can recover and connect. The lounge is also where we host many of our events, workshops, and classes. Learn more about how we got started in our introduction to Regen + Wellness, and about our place in the NCW Healing Arts community.

Everything under one roof. Fitness zones, cold plunge, saunas, red light, compression, and med spa services in one visit.
Simple day passes. Try the club from $39 without committing to anything.
