Hot Tub Soaks in Downtown Wenatchee: Warm Water Recovery at Regen + Wellness
There's something about warm water that just works. After a frosty day at Mission Ridge, a long cold ride, or a week of hard workouts, sinking into a hot tub is one of life's simplest pleasures. At Regen + Wellness, our social performance wellness club at 105 South Mission St in downtown Wenatchee, the hot tub is a favorite way to relax, socialize, and pair heat with cold.
Why Soak in a Hot Tub?
Warm water immersion, sometimes called hydrotherapy, has been part of wellness traditions around the world for centuries, from Roman baths to Japanese onsen. People enjoy soaking because it feels good: muscles loosen up, the mind slows down, and conversation flows. Buoyancy takes some weight off your joints, which many people find comfortable after a big day.
We keep it simple and honest. A hot tub soak isn't a medical treatment. It's a warm, social, restorative experience that many of our members look forward to.
Who Loves the Hot Tub
Skiers and snowboarders thawing out after a day at Mission Ridge.
Hikers and runners relaxing tired legs after the Sage Hills or Saddle Rock.
Cyclists finishing a cold-weather ride.
Friends and teammates who want to hang out somewhere better than a bar.
Visitors stopping in on their way to Leavenworth or Lake Chelan.
Hot Tub and Cold Plunge Contrast
Our club is set up so you can move between hot and cold. Many people enjoy a few minutes in the hot tub, a short dip in the cold plunge, a rest, and another round. If you've never plunged, start with our guide to your first cold plunge in Wenatchee.
Hot Tub, Steam Sauna, or Infrared Sauna?
Each heat experience feels different:
Hot tub: warm water, buoyancy, and a social vibe.
Steam sauna: moist heat that surrounds you. See our steam sauna guide.
Infrared sauna: dry, radiant warmth that soaks in. See our infrared sauna guide.
Plenty of members use all three depending on their mood and the season.
Hot Tub Tips
Hydrate. Warm water makes you sweat more than you notice.
Keep soaks moderate. Step out if you feel overheated or light-headed.
Shower before you soak to keep the water clean for everyone.
Skip alcohol before using the hot tub.
Bring a swimsuit and towel, plus a warm layer for after.
Which Day Pass Includes the Hot Tub?
The hot tub is part of our higher-tier day passes. Our higher tiers, Ultimate Pain Relief ($279), Superhuman ($349), and Royal Unrestricted ($449), layer in services such as infrared laser, PEMF, vitamin shots, the hot tub, steam sauna, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Inclusions vary by pass, so call 509-888-2918 or ask at the front desk to confirm which pass includes the service you want.
For reference, here's what our day passes include at the entry levels: Basic ($39) covers the gym, 30 minutes of compression, 15 minutes of standing red light, whole body vibration, and a massage gun. Basic Plus ($69) adds a 15-minute communal cold plunge, the coffee and tea lounge, a 15-minute massage chair, a 15-minute Woojer vibroacoustic sound bed, and 10 minutes of Halo salt therapy. Supercharged ($99) adds a 40-minute communal infrared sauna and 10 minutes of ozone therapy. Supercharged Privacy Relief ($199) lets you choose a communal or private plunge and sauna and adds a B12 shot.
If you'd like hot tub access as part of a regular routine, ask about memberships. Membership details and pricing aren't published online. Stop by the club at 105 South Mission St or call 509-888-2918 and our team will walk you through the options and help you pick what fits your routine.
Who Should Check With a Doctor First?
Hot water raises your body temperature. If you're pregnant, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, take medications that affect heat tolerance, or have any ongoing health condition, talk with your doctor before soaking.
A Social Club, Not Just a Spa
We built Regen + Wellness to be a social performance wellness club, a place where the Wenatchee community can recover together. The hot tub is a big part of that. Bring your ski crew, your running group, or your teammates. Read more about the club in our introduction to Regen + Wellness, and explore our services page.
