Gym and Fitness Zones in Downtown Wenatchee: Train Hard, Then Recover Right

Most gyms stop at the workout. At Regen + Wellness, our social performance wellness club at 105 South Mission St in downtown Wenatchee, the workout is only the beginning. Our fitness and weight training zones sit alongside the recovery services that help you keep training: compression, red light, cold plunge, sauna, and more.

Training Built for the Wenatchee Lifestyle

People here train for real life. That might mean building leg strength for ski season at Mission Ridge, getting ready for a summer hike to Colchuck Lake, prepping for a mountain bike race in the foothills, or just staying strong and healthy for the long haul. Our fitness zones give you room to do that work.

What You'll Find in Our Fitness Zones

  • Weight training areas for strength work.

  • Functional fitness space for mobility, conditioning, and bodyweight training.

  • Whole body vibration, included in every day pass.

  • Recovery tools right next to where you train.

Ask our team for a quick tour on your first visit so you know where everything is.

Strength Training Tips for Outdoor Athletes

For skiers and snowboarders

Focus on legs, hips, and core. Squats, lunges, step-ups, and lateral movements help prepare for long days on the slopes. Start early in the fall so you're ready when Mission Ridge opens.

For hikers and trail runners

Single-leg strength, calf work, and hip stability support those long climbs and descents on trails like Saddle Rock and the Sage Hills.

For cyclists and mountain bikers

Posterior chain work, core stability, and upper back strength help on long rides and technical terrain.

These are general ideas, not personal training advice. If you have an injury or health condition, check with your doctor or a qualified coach before starting a new program.

Recovery Is Part of Training

Hard training creates the need for good recovery. Our day passes put both under one roof:

Day Passes With Gym Access

Gym access is included starting with our Basic day pass ($39). For reference, here's what our day passes include at the entry levels: Basic ($39) covers the gym, 30 minutes of compression, 15 minutes of standing red light, whole body vibration, and a massage gun. Basic Plus ($69) adds a 15-minute communal cold plunge, the coffee and tea lounge, a 15-minute massage chair, a 15-minute Woojer vibroacoustic sound bed, and 10 minutes of Halo salt therapy. Supercharged ($99) adds a 40-minute communal infrared sauna and 10 minutes of ozone therapy. Supercharged Privacy Relief ($199) lets you choose a communal or private plunge and sauna and adds a B12 shot.

Our higher tiers, Ultimate Pain Relief ($279), Superhuman ($349), and Royal Unrestricted ($449), layer in services such as infrared laser, PEMF, vitamin shots, the hot tub, steam sauna, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Inclusions vary by pass, so call 509-888-2918 or ask at the front desk to confirm which pass includes the service you want.

Memberships for Regular Training

If you plan to train several times a week, a membership is usually the better value. Membership details and pricing aren't published online. Stop by the club at 105 South Mission St or call 509-888-2918 and our team will walk you through the options and help you pick what fits your routine.

A Social Place to Train

We call ourselves a social performance club for a reason. Teammates, running groups, ski crews, and friends train and recover together here. Local hockey players have already made it part of their routine. Bring your crew, or come meet one.

Planning Your Visit to Regen + Wellness

New to the club? Here's how to make your first visit easy:

  • Book online first. Reserving your day pass through Mindbody makes check-in quick and helps us have everything ready for you.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early. You'll have time to check in, get a short tour, and ask questions.

  • Bring the basics. A swimsuit, a towel, a water bottle, and a warm layer cover most services.

  • Tell us your goals. Whether you're recovering from a ski weekend, training for a trail race, or just want to relax, our team can suggest an order for your services.

  • Leave time to hang out. We're a social club. Plenty of guests finish with a drink in the lounge and a conversation with friends.

Why Choose Regen + Wellness in Wenatchee?

We opened Regen + Wellness to give North Central Washington one place to train, recover, and connect. Instead of driving to Seattle or Spokane for advanced recovery services, you can find them right on South Mission St. A few things set us apart:

  • Everything under one roof. Fitness zones, cold plunge, saunas, red light, compression, and med spa services in one visit.

  • Simple day passes. Try the club from $39 without committing to anything.

  • A real community. Ski crews, running groups, teammates, and neighbors recover here together.

  • A local team that knows the valley, the trails, and the slopes, and is happy to answer your questions.
